My first ever news post on NewGrounds. Yee!
First off, Merry Christmas to everyone reading this. Hope your holiday's going just fine. With all the bad news in the world, especially the past few years, whether that's online, in real life, or anywhere else, it's almost hard to see some good in the world. However, Christmas is a day where all of that negative energy should be set aside. Hell, it brought World War 1 to a holt.
It's cliche as hell to say, I know. It doesn't make it less true, though. That said, there's a quote from Home Alone 2 that really stood out to me when rewatching it years later. Although I can't remember the exact quote, it was a scene with the Pigeon Lady, where she says something along the lines of "your good deeds count twice as much on Christmas". You can make of that what you will...

So... for some actual news, my goal for the series AngelHorns for now is to release a new episode on the last Friday of each month. I try to make an episode within 3 to 4 weeks, while on the side work on a piece of concept art here and there. Which I may post later down the line, depending on how things play out, but there's no guarantee.
That said; Episode 6 is coming out on Dec 27th. Do stay tuned.
One thing I will also confirm is that the story, for the most part, is fully planned out. As some might notice, I have "The First Act" under the title. How many acts will there be? Although I won't reveal that, I can reveal that the last act is halfway written, and the others after the first act are in editing.
(Trying to be careful with my words, lmao. I don't wanna reveal too much.)
Also, I am the only one working on this series as of current. I may want to form a team to help get the episodes out faster, but as I said, I want to see how things play out first. At least until I get to one point in the series. Which when that point comes, that is where I will take a brief hiatus to figure out entirely where I wanna take this story from here. Especially in terms of medium.
I have big plans for this series. My hope is that it goes somewhere.
All I could ever ask from my audience, or anyone reading this, is to just share the series around. And overall, I hope everyone enjoys it. I've had this story in my head for at least 4 years now, and I'm excited to finally get it executed through an indie comic.
This is Mr.Tim, and... until next time...
